Aarya Singh

Co-founder & Dance/Movement Therapist

Aarya is a dancer, choreographer, and dance/movement therapist, based in New York. With over a decade of experience in movement and performance. She began her training in India with the Creative Movement Therapy Association of India, completed her psychology prerequisites in Boston, and earned her Master's in Dance/Movement Therapy at Pratt Institute in New York. She currently works in inpatient psychiatry at Kings County Hospital while pursuing her LCAT licensure.

Her path has taken her across cities and continents, shaped by uncertainty, resilience, and the ongoing challenges of visas and professional identity. These experiences deeply inform her movement practice, where she strives to hold space for creativity, movement, and belonging that cross borders.

Parth Sethi

Co-founder & Choreographer

Parth is a dancer and choreographer, based in New York with over a decade of experience. He has taught at Broadway Dance Center and Peri Dance Center, building a body of work rooted in movement, performance, and creative practice.

Seven years ago, Parth fell in love with improvisation and movement for everybody. For the past six years, he has led improvisation sessions for dancers and non-dancers, drawing from a collection of more than 300 original prompts designed to support each person's individual movement journey. He has produced over 10 improvisation intensives under the name All Improv and created, curated, and led more than 30 mentorship programs with improvisation at their core, reaching over 800 people along the way.

Parth always says, “I'm happy when I'm sharing,” and this is his way of sharing movement with everyone.
